Scott Drake methodically worked his way through traffic and up to the front of the pack, and then raced around leader Shawn Strong with two laps remaining to score the USRA B-Mod victory Thursday night at the Humboldt Speedway.

Shawn Strong captured the win and the $300 top prize as he held off 13-year-old Trevor Hunt by a car length at the finish of the 20-lap main event.
